Simply put, leadership is “inspiring influence.” It is the ability to ignite a blazing desire within people to do things they never imagined possible. It is rallying a defeated army to future victory or rousing apathetic students to astounding achievement. In a business, a good leader can stimulate high morale and willing sacrifice; in a family, strong character and lasting unity.
