Proverbs is designed to make us serious about our walk with God. And the second chapter is especially so designed to grab us in our busy, hurried world and to stop us in our tracks and to force us to face our lives as they are right now, in hopes of changing whatever needs to be changed, so as to make them more like the life God would have them be.
