Psychologists have done real in-depth studies in the whole area of anger. And while they’ve come up with really no ultimate answer for us to use, for there is no answer in control aside from Jesus Christ, they’ve helped us analyze anger itself. They’ve told us that there are five steps of intensity in the area of anger. Each one grows more heavy as the intensity level reaches a deeper depth.
