No book of the Bible has evoked greater fascination or created more controversy than Revelation. Its intriguing mysteries, extensive symbolism, vivid predictions, and colourful language are unparalleled in the Scriptures. Attempts to interpret its content span the extremes from the sublime to the ridiculous. Our hope is to gain an understanding of the meaning and message of the book without drifting off course by seizing on incidentals and sensationalizing the sacred text.

This message has two major objectives:

1. Establish a few guidelines for interpretation which will help keep us balanced during our journey
2. Get a glimpse of the book as a whole which will enable us to see where we're going in the days ahead
