A packed schedule is not the same as a purposeful life. Nobody demonstrates the difference like Jesus, whom Mark portrays as fully engaged, constantly active, and never once rushed. He was a Servant on a mission.

Pastor Chuck Swindoll surveys the entire book of Mark, spotlighting its key verse, Mark 10:45, and tracing four movements in the Servant’s life: introduced and tempted, ministering and training, resisted and rejected, and triumphant and exalted.

Discover how following Jesus means trading a hurried life for a meaningful one. If He is the model, then servanthood is the method, people are the ministry, and involvement is the means!
