Even as a child, Jesus had a profound effect on the people He encountered. His very presence represented a call that demanded a response, and each responded in his or her own unique way. Shepherds rejoiced, Mary pondered, wise men worshipped, Herod revolted, teachers marvelled.

When Jesus became a man and began His ministry, He issued a verbal call: “Follow Me.” Those who responded found deep satisfaction. What will your response be to the Redeemer's call?
