As we get older, time seems to fly by more and more quickly. Before long, we find ourselves asking where all the hours in the day have gone. The Bible helps put this feeling into perspective, reminding us that we have no guarantees about what might come in the days ahead. Tomorrow may hold great joy or intense tragedy. Either way, it’s all the more reason to live each day with urgency, not putting off needed changes but pressing on toward living a more Christlike life in each moment God gives us.
