Mp3 Downloads

How do I purchase mp3s?

Each of the audio messages or series that have mp3s available will have a “format” drop-down box after the product description. By default physical CD is chosen. However, you may select digital mp3 to purchase this format instead. You will notice the pricing for the product changes when you select digital mp3. Once purchased, you can go to your account to download the mp3s, or follow the link in your confirmation email.

How do I download my mp3s?

Once purchased, you can go to your account to download the mp3 files or follow the link in your confirmation email. Your file will either download as single mp3s or a zip file depending on the size. You should be able to double-click the zip file to access the individual mp3s in the series.

The series I want doesn’t have the option to purchase it as an mp3. Why not?

Not all series and messages are available in mp3 format. However, we are always adding more messages to our mp3 library.

I need to download a product again but I have no downloads left. What should I do?

Please contact us for possible options and support.

What is a zip file?

Zip files are compressed folders or files, which make it easier to transfer and download large files. To open a zip file follow these steps:

To unzip a file on a PC:

  1. Right-click on the downloaded file and then click Extract/Extract All on the shortcut menu
  2. A pop-up box will appear asking you where to place the files. Browse and choose a location to place the files on your computer
  3. Once you have selected a location and the system has extracted your zip, you'll have access to all the individual files contained in the original zip file

To unzip a file on a Mac:

  1. Open “Finder” and navigate to the zip file you wish to unzip
  2. Double-click the file you wish to unzip
  3. The files contained within the zip file should now be unzipped into the same Finder location as the original zip file

Note: You must extract all zip files before you try import to your media devices or programs or you may receive an error message.
